The PBC-FCMA-QL includes the PBC-UMS universal projector mount for projectors up to 40 lb.(18 kg), a false ceiling adapter plate (PP-FCMA) and quick lock cables. The PBC-UMS offers flexible projector positioning with four patented dual-joint support arms (US Patent number 7,942,375) that can reach almost any mounting point. The PP-FCMA replaces one standard 24 × 24 in. ceiling tile and allows horizontal adjustment for precise projector placement and includes four quick locking cables.

Can I install the PP-FCMA-QL in a 24 x 48 in. ceiling tile space?

Yes, simply add a 24 in. piece of T-bar (not included) to support the mount and ceiling tile. Then place a 24 x 24 in. replacement ceiling tile (not included) in the open space.

What is the benefit of double-jointed arms on a projector mount?

The jointed mounting arms allow you to reach mounting points that are further apart. You can also adjust the arms around objects like lamp and filter-access points.

What can I fasten the PP-FCMA-QL to?

Use the Quick-lock Cable Kit to fasten the adapter to a wood stud ceiling, concrete ceiling or ceiling truss. Concrete ceiling installations also require concrete eye anchor bolts (not included).
