The PBC Series of universal projector mounts fit most projectors weighing up to 40 lb. (18 kg). It includes a standard 1.5 in. NPT coupler and ceiling plate that mounts to a single stud or 4.5 in. bolt pattern. The PBC-UMS offers flexible projector positioning with four patented dual-joint support arms (US Patent number 7,942,375) that can reach almost any mounting point on a projector. It also includes a quick release connector that allows the projector to be installed quickly and then easily released for maintenance, without re-alignment.

Is there an adjustable-height version of this mount available?
Yes. The PBL-UMS or PBL-UMW can adjust from a low-profile height of 2.5" up to 12". You can also add an adjustable-height suspension adapter (Model: APL-2647) to this mount and extend it from 26" - 47".
What if I do not know the weight of my projector?

What is the benefit of double-jointed arms?
The jointed mounting arms allow you to reach mounting points that are further apart. You can also adjust the arms around objects like lamp and filter-access points.
