The Beverly Hills Emergency Operations Center (EOC), a command center for various city agencies in the event of an emergency or disaster, needed flat-panel mounts to create mission-critical video walls.
The video walls were designed to display crucial emergency information and feeds from a large number of surveillance cameras around the city. Premier Mounts’ tilting flat-panel mount was chosen as the best mounting product for the project because of its quality, the ease of installation, and the range of different flat-panel mounts it matches. Premier Mounts’ excellent customer service and product support were other important factors that prompted systems integrator, Spinitar, to pick these mounts.
What was it like to work with Premier Mounts?
“Our engineers and project managers were provided with the correct information and part numbers quickly, and had the equipment in good stock for delivery to our warehouse,” says Spinitar’s Senior Systems Account Manager Rob Ogulnick.
How well did Premier Mounts help to meet the deadline of the project?
“Premier Mounts’ response times are always excellent. It’s also advantageous that their office (in Anaheim, CA) is located less than 30 miles from our office in La Mirada, CA," continued Rob Ogulnick.
What was the biggest challenge, and how did Premier Mounts help with the success?
The biggest challenge was to find a way to make the installation as smooth as possible. Having a single model mount made the procurement process much easier, and the PCM-MS2’s Griplate™ washers helped Spinitar install many displays quickly and accurately.
